The Quickies ...... Here are some of the more usual questions

Do you sub-contract work?  No.  All our team work exclusively for Purple Weddings and when a date is fully booked we close the date.  We are not an agency ~ we are a professional filming company with a small, dedicated team of experienced, talented professionals.

Are you reliable?  Totally, completely and without question.  We have never ever failed to film a wedding (and we've filmed almost 2000), we will never overbook and we are totally organised even on the busiest of days.

Can I choose the background music for my video?  Yes absolutely.  Everyones taste in music is different and although there are many regular favourites the choice is entirely yours, be it contemporary, classic, pop or rock.  We also hold the appropriate licenses for dubbing the music ~ and also the correct licenses for filming in church.

Will you be unobtrusive?  Absolutely.  We are always discreet and professional ~ and still get great shots whilst keeping in the background.

How long is the finished film?  That's always a difficult one to answer because there are so many variables ~ type of ceremony, length of speeches etc.  However.... Our films are not long boring drawn out affairs ~ we wouldn't, for example, include every verse of a hymn or every second of a receiving line.  Generally our films last between 60 and 90 minutes, although some films, Jewish or Asian weddings for example, may be up to two hours.  You can always be sure that our films will thoroughly entertain you.
