Marathon Wedding

During the 2006 London Marathon!

We just love this film!  When Katie and Gordy got married they did it while running the 2006 London Marathon.  We were privileged to be filming it for them.  This is a short version.

Christmas Montage

Winter weddings, particularly around Christmas time, are becoming quite popular now and this TV presenters wedding has all the ingredients for a great one - family, friends, mulled wine - and lots of heat insulating jackets for the firework display!  Terrific send-off too.

Brides Preps

From dressing robe to bridal gown!  This is a typical sequence of a brides preparations in our Autograph style.  It's contemporary, it's funky and it's fun ~ and we feel it really shows the spirit of the girls and of the day.

This premiership and international footballer goes from track suit to wedding glad-rags in some style.  This is a great preps filmed in our typical 'Autograph' style.

Pirates Wedding Montage

This sequence is now pretty much world famous! - and certainly the most unusual we've ever produced!  The brief remit was that bride (who had just been married below deck) was captured by the pirate 'guests' and rescued by the groom.  Not dead straightforward - but we did it!  Not everyone believes this really is an actual wedding day!

When the groom and most of the guests are all TV editors, it's really satisfying when they choose us to film their weddings.  We had a lovely summers day too.

Pre-Wedding Sequence

The Lake District

Sometimes we're asked produce short films that can be shown on a giant screen at the wedding reception.  You'll find several examples on this site.  Here we filmed the couple revisiting their first date together on a trip to the Lake District.

Again this is typical of our Autograph style of filming and again the bride chose 'in a little while' for the accompanying song, which is quite a popular choice for preps!

We've filmed at Highclere many times.  It's a spectacular setting, particularly the interior.  Add a couple of old buses and a couple very much in love....

This is great!  It's very typical of one of our montages - until the bride and groom are coming back up the aisle - when spontaneously they just ran it!  It's little things like this that memorable moments are made of

Bootleg Beatles

This couple had the Bootleg Beatles as their band at the reception, so we tried to give it a really authentic film flavour of the sixties.  This is just a sample of the longer original.

OK, It's not every day you get a real life footballers WAG kissing a frog!  But the opportunity was there and we just made it up on the day.  It works pretty well too!

Pre Wedding Sequence

Mainly My Garden! Lincolnshire

This couple wanted something unusual for the start of their wedding film, so, a few weeks before their day, we just sort of made this up, one Sunday afternoon.  Enjoy!

Venue Montage

Butley Priory, Suffolk

This is a small, intimate wedding.  The groom is Eric Morecombe's son, Gary, and we just love the way the couple spontaneously did an 'eric & ern' dance across the garden.

Grooms Preps

Mad about the boy!  We often film the grooms preparations too.  This is a nice relaxed start to the day, and to the wedding film.  The music says it all really!  You'll also find different styles of filming the grooms preps as you look around our sample films.

The groom here is a bit of a railway enthusiast - so where better to get married than on a train!  OK, so it was a little cramped - but great fun!

This is just fabulous.  Loads of the couples friends, a T-Bird, and a great song that everyone knows.  These sequences are terrific fun for everyone to take part in.  You can also see how well this went down at the reception by watching film No 38

This is our wedding demo, which used to be posted out as a sampler in the days before all this on-line watching became the norm (see Concorde and the late, great, John Mills).  Although it's quite old now we still have a real soft spot for it.  There's lots of good things in there - and it shows that we've been filming weddings ever-so-well for quite some time now!
